Delivery
- We ship to UK addresses only.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day.
- Standard delivery: 2-4 working days, from £4.99 — free on orders over £27.
- Express delivery: 1-2 working days, from £6.99.
- Order by 18 December (with express shipping) for guaranteed delivery before Christmas Day.

Returns
- 30 days to return any unused, unopened sheet from the date of delivery.
- Contact us first with your order number before sending anything back.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days of us receiving your return.
- Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us a photo and we'll sort a free replacement or refund.
