Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched from the UK within 1 working day of being placed (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Times & Costs

Standard delivery — arrives 2-4 working days after dispatch, from £4.99. Free on orders over £27.
Express delivery — arrives 1-2 working days after dispatch, from £6.99.

Delivery times are estimates from our couriers and aren't guaranteed, though the vast majority of orders arrive within the stated window.

Christmas Delivery

To guarantee delivery before Christmas Day, please order by 18 December using priority/express shipping. We can't guarantee delivery dates for orders placed after this date.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll look into it with the courier on your behalf.
