We want you to love your Little Window stickers. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, sheets must be unused and in their original packaging. Once a sticker has been applied to glass we're unable to accept it back, so please check your design and size before applying.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we'll confirm the next steps. Please don't send items back before getting in touch.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days, though it can take a little longer for your bank or card provider to show it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Sale Items

Discounted and promotional items are eligible for return under the same 30-day policy unless stated otherwise at checkout.
